Pengaruh Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan (Studi pada Karyawan Bagian Drilling & Oilfield Services PT Elnusa Tbk. Jakarta)

The research purpose are : Description the implementation of occupational health and safety and employee motivation conditions in division Drilling & Oilfiled Services in PT Elnusa Tbk. Jakarta. Explain occupational health and safety simultaneously impact on work motivation. Explain work safety variable and work healthy variable partially impact on work motivation. Explain work safety variable and work healthy variable the greatest impact on work motivation. The research type in this research is explanatory research with used hypothesis testing. Population in this research is all direct employees PT Elnusa Tbk in Drilling And Oilfield Services division, there are 595 respondences with total sample are 86 respondences. Data analysis which used is descriptive and inferential statistic analysis. Inferential statistic analysis consist of double linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. Based on the result of this research concluded the implementation of occupational health and safety and employees motivation in fairly good condition. There is a simultaneous impact on occupationaly health and safety on employees work motivation. There is a partial impact on work safety variable and work healthy variable on employees work motivation. Work safety has dominance impact to employees work motivation.
